Our Experience
Since 2003 we have closed more than 375 home sales across San Diego County — from Chula Vista to Fallbrook, and from beach-front condominiums in Cardiff to estates in Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, and Coronado. Roughly 87 percent of our closings are in North County: Carlsbad, Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Oceanside, San Marcos, Vista, and Rancho Santa Fe. More than 100 of those sales were above $1 million and 27 were above $2 million, yet our median sale price is $725,000 and 40 percent of our sales were condominiums and townhomes — the homes most San Diego estates actually hold.
We have closed sales in every one of the last 24 years, including 2008 through 2011, and 42 percent of our listings went under contract within 30 days. More than a third of the homes we have sold were built before 1980. Deferred maintenance, original owners, unpermitted additions, and family disagreements are the normal conditions of estate work, and we have handled all of them many times over.
Beyond residential sales, the team also brings deep commercial and investment transaction experience. When a trustee needs to understand what a property is worth to an investor rather than a homebuyer, that background is on your side.
